The Department of History at St. Charles Women’s PU College, Lingarajapuram, celebrated its annual history fest Shristi 2025 with great enthusiasm and creativity. Staying true to its name—Shristi, meaning creation—the event provided a vibrant platform for students to bring history to life through innovative and interactive presentations.

The fest was inaugurated by the Principal, Dr. Sr. Nancy Cutinho, accompanied by the Vice Principal, Sr. Elisabeth, and graced by the esteemed presence of the Chief Guest, Mrs. Neethu S. Mol. In her address, Dr. Sr. Nancy emphasized the importance of understanding history as a foundation for shaping the future, while the Chief Guest appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged them to continue exploring history with curiosity and creativity.

The exhibition featured a wide range of models, charts, research projects, and live demonstrations covering themes from ancient civilizations to modern historical movements. Students impressed the audience with their creativity, teamwork, and presentation skills, making the event not just educational but also engaging and memorable.

Shristi 2025 was a resounding success, standing as a testimony to St. Charles Women’s PU College’s commitment to providing holistic education that blends knowledge with innovation, creativity, and critical thinking.
