NSS VISIT TO NIRMALA SHISHU BHAVAN

On August 29, 2025, the NSS Unit of St. Charles Women's PU College organized a visit to Nirmala Shishu Bhavan, a home dedicated to the care and well-being of children in need. This visit was part of the NSS's ongoing efforts to foster community involvement, social responsibility, and humanitarian service among students.

NSS volunteers along with the Programme Officers participated enthusiastically in the event. The volunteers demonstrated compassion and commitment throughout the activities.

The visit was met with appreciation from the management and caretakers of Nirmala Shishu Bhavan. The children responded positively, visibly enjoying the interaction and engagement with the volunteers. The NSS team gained enhanced awareness about the social challenges faced by children in care institutions and the importance of community support.
